Returns & Refunds Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all memberships, programs, courses, and services offered by Mass Media Foundation (MMF) through its website and platforms including The Nation Mantra and The Techno Bazar.

By purchasing any membership or program, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Mass Media Foundation for memberships, courses, or programs are non-refundable once successfully processed, as these are digital services and access is granted immediately after purchase.

2. Membership Fees

Fees paid for the following memberships are non-refundable:

• Basic Sadasya
• Verified Editorial Member (VEM)
• P-4 (Press Pro Placement Program)

Membership benefits, digital access, verification processes, and administrative costs begin immediately after payment.

3. Program & Course Fees (P-4)

Fees paid for training programs, workshops, or courses are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

In special circumstances, MMF may consider:

• Program deferral to a future batch
• Transfer of enrollment (if permitted)

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted more than once due to a technical error:

• Extra amount will be refunded after verification
• Refund processed to original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

5. Membership Rejection Cases

If an application is rejected during verification, MMF may issue a partial or full refund after deducting administrative charges.

6. Cancellation by Organization

If MMF cancels a program or event before it begins, participants may receive:

• Full refund, or
• Transfer to another program

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed only through the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on banking and payment gateway procedures.
